Welcome to Paper Plus “the party store”. We are a locally owned business serving the Hagerstown area for the past 25 years. Paper Plus is a full service party store located on the Dual Highway in the Foxshire Plaza. We may be smaller than the big chain stores but we have a lot to offer and it is worth a visit to see our selection. I bet you did not know that we print on napkins and we make bows for any occasion. Did you know we have a full service balloon decor business? We can deliver a bouquet of balloons or come to your venue and decorate it for you.

We have party supplies for showers (both baby and bridal), birthdays (both adult and children), casino parties, rock and roll events, mardi gras celebrations, western roundups, luaus, and so much more.

Our custom school spirit program can help your school with fund raising as well as building school spirit within your student body. Just give us the school name, Mascot and colors. We do the rest!

The seasons are popular at Paper Plus. We cover all of them. Halloween is our biggest holiday and the store is jammed with lots of costumes, props, wigs, capes, makeup and so much more. We have a large selection of Santa suits for Christmas. You can purchase a Santa suit or you can rent one that is complete with wig, gloves, boot tops, and of course the suit. Our Easter Bunny is one of our most popular rentals. Our bunnies are always rented for Easter weekend.
