Paper Plus “The Party Store” has been locally owned and operated for over 25 years. In the early 1980’s it was located on Pope Avenue and owned by Weiss Brothers. The store moved to its current location in the Foxshire Plaza on the Dual Highway in 1991. The year 2001 brought about a change in ownership from Weiss Brothers to Connie and Brian Leach. Connie was the manager of Paper Plus when it was still located on Pope Avenue, so the move to owner was an easy transition. Brian worked in the construction business all of his life and decided it would be fun to learn the party goods business. Connie and Brian are very “hands on” so you will find them working in the store most days.

Every day is a party day at Paper Plus “The Party Store” where you will find a large variety of supplies for weddings, birthdays, themed parties, baby showers, and don’t forget the over the hill gang.

We custom imprint napkins and we can print wedding invitations too. Ask about our Wedding Club.

The seasons are lots of fun at Paper Plus. Halloween is the biggest time of the year and you can find a variety of spooky, funny, or outrageous costumes, accessories or props. A third of the store is transformed into a Halloween store that includes everything from a lifelike Darth Vader to rottin’ teeth.

Don’t forget to check out Paper Plus during Christmas and New Years too. Then stop by for Valentines, St. Patrick’s, Mardi Gras, Easter, Graduation and Thanksgiving.

Balloons are always flying at Paper Plus “The Party Store”. Our balloon graduate is very popular in May and June, Ask about the “arch in a box” that can be picked up and taken to your party or celebration. We have a large selection of balloon arrangements that will fit in most vehicles so you can save on the delivery fee but if you want us to deliver to your event Brian will load up the van and bring it to you.
